YEAR IN REVIEW  |  PROJECTS AT A GLANCE

Fifth at Bank | Completed in 2022, Fifth + Bank is a seven-storey urban infill project connected to a two-storey heritage building in the Glebe. This beautiful building consists of 163 luxury apartment units, two floors of underground parking and multiple building amenities. Client and Builder: Minto Communities.

The World Exchange Plaza Revitalization | Under construction. The World Exchange Plaza Revitalization is a collaboration project with GH+A Design Studios, with construction by EllisDon. Through 2022, our team was excited to see more of the physical transformation of the space occur.

Wellings of Stittsville | Under construction. Wellings of Stittsville is the newest in Nautical Lands Group’s senior living complexes including two six-storey buildings in the first phase. Located on Hazeldean Road, this project will animate the street frontage and draw foot traffic to the site’s amenity areas.
