100 MURRAY STREET

NEW CONSTRUCTION AND HERITAGE OVERLAY

This project consists of the design of an 85,000 ft² 5-storey office building with commercial property on the ground floor, and two levels of underground parking. As the site is located in a heritage overlay district in the market area of the City of Ottawa, careful consideration and attention has been focused upon the building’s scale, respecting the retail street fabric, and keeping with historical precedent and tradition.

The project received an Urban Design Award from the City of Ottawa in 2007.
