BUILDING ENVELOPE RECONDITIONING AND INTERIOR FIT-UP

The project involved the optimization and modernization of an existing 22,000 ft2 two storey office building with a Heritage designation, originally built in 1965. The resulting scope of work included the replacement of all curtain wall and entrance screens, interior fit-up of the entire facility, including washroom upgrades, upgraded HVAC systems, upgraded electrical systems, new lighting throughout, new fire alarm system and new furniture.
