This proposed condominium incorporates ground floor retail and underground parking on an irregular L-shaped lot. Condo units were designed to maximize light and exposures. The street level includes an articulated facade to help break the mass of the building into visually distinct components allowing for a residential, human scale design. This allows for a sympathetic response to the adjacent single family homes on the mixed-used residential and commercial street. This project is currently under development approvals process with an expected start date of early 2017.
