The project is a single storey, 2,300 m2 Letter Carrier Depot (LCD) with 3.7m clear unobstructed ceiling height, 26 loading bays with integral cantilevered canopies. This “LEED Certified” Letter Carrier Depot was developed in accordance CPC’s functional program while incorporating established corporate standards to provide a “durable building” that exceeds LEED minimum requirements.
