Denbury Residence

This traditionally designed 12,000 ft2 Custom Residence was developed for a family which required distinct separation of family living and formal entertainment zones in the home. Situated in an inner city neighbourhood the program necessitated that the main façade be broken down into distinct facade elements to better integrate the home into the neighbourhood. Chmiel architects also managed the construction process for the clients.
