ADVOCACY AND OFFICE DESIGN

Chmiel Architects was retained by Export Development Canada (EDC) as their Advocate Architect for delivery of their Base Building Design and Prime Consultant for the delivery of the Interior Leasehold Improvements of their New Headquarters facility. The base building is 19 stories in height with 3 levels of underground parking, and was conceived as a build-to-lease project, for which our team developed performance standards.

The project achieved LEED Gold core and shell, and commercial interiors status. Features include multi-media walls and displays throughout, and the creation of a high performance workplace design.
