JDS UNIPHASE HEADQUARTERS

Chmiel Architects was engaged by JDS Uniphase to create a master plan for their new campus situated on 55 acres of land to support 1 million square feet of new space. The entire development consists of 3 office/manufacturing and laboratory buildings, a corporate headquarters (administrative building) an atrium link, loading and storage facilities, day nursery, soccer pitch, slo-pitch field, and parking for 3200 cars for 10,000 employees. Our team provided full architectural services including base building and interior design. The campus plan development was completed over a 4-year period.
