Lobby Renovation, World Exchange Plaza

Principal in charge, Richard Chmiel and Project Architect, Rick Kemp worked collaboratively on the architectural construction documents and interior design dialog for the completion of the World Exchange Plaza lobby, located at 45 O’Connor Street.

Complimentary reuse of an existing custom wall sculpture by local artist. The redesign of the 2,600 sq. ft. lobby incorporated a clean modernist aesthetic with bright classic materials that better accentuated the artwork allowing it to become a focus piece.
