The complete base building renovation of a 330,000 ft2, 13-storey office building, including full window replacement, reconstruction of the exterior wall system, elevator modernization, complete washroom renovations, and mechanical and electrical upgrades to main plant and full on floor distribution. The building was fully occupied by a high security government tenant for the full duration of construction and as such all floors were renovated to accommodate tenant relocations.
