SLATER STREET MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

This design study consists a 225,000 square foot, 17-storey class ‘A’ office building with commercial property on the ground floor and four levels of underground parking. The site is a mid-block property and as such careful attention has been paid to the building fenestration to maximize access to natural daylight and to respect the heritage overlay of the area of the site.
