WORLD EXCHANGE PLAZA 14th FLOOR RENOVATIONS

Chmiel Architects was retained by the World Exchange Plaza as prime consultant for Base Building upgrades to all 19 multi-tenant floors for common areas and washrooms for the 45 O’Connor Street tower. The work is being completed on a phased basis, for which our team developed detailed performance standards, and completed construction and tender documents. Two of 18 floors have been upgraded to date.
